I’ve been drinking red wines for years, and while I’ve never had a stroke, I’ve definitely experienced blood pressure rise.
As my blood pressure continues to rise, I’m feeling a little tired, and I can’t eat food and don’t sleep well.

And while my doctor has told me I shouldn’t drink red wine or red wine alcohol, she also told me not to drink red grape juice or red grape oil because these contain vitamin A. It turns out that red wine has been known to increase blood pressure.
In fact, the American Heart Association recommends drinking red grape wine with red wine, red wine concentrates, and red grape brandy.
