In Australia, the advice is for you to drink at least five to seven cups of water a day, which is a good amount to drink during the day and a healthy amount to avoid drinking caffeine.
Dr Lager’s advice is based on the advice from the Australian Institute of Health and Welfare.
If the caffeine is too high, Dr Molloy said to stop drinking coffee for about six to nine hours before drinking.
“If you drink too little coffee, you may need to drink less coffee and consume a lower amount of alcohol.
